Maryse Pebworth Maryse has been practicing massage since 1992! She uses an integrated massage technique that combines various methods to rehabilitate tissue and promote healing. Maryse specializes in deep tissue massage and myofascial release to improve muscle mobility and reduce pain.
Melody Krun Melody started practicing massage in 2000. She graduated from DeAnza College with a massage therapy degree and physical therapy assistant degree as well. She has multiple workshop training in a variety of modalities such as craniosacral, myofascial release, and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). She has experience working in various chiropractic offices. She specializes in swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, and uses a variety of techniques to promote improved range of motion and well-being. Audrey Wong Audrey has been practicing massage since 1996 after completing her training at Western College of Massage, and uses a blend of Swedish Esalen, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Acupressure, and Energy Therapy. She has helped her clients relax, improve their wellbeing, increase joint and muscle mobility, and relieve chronic pain. Audrey has worked in a variety of office settings, including chiropractors, acupuncturists, and has experience in providing massage at women's retreats and corporate health fairs. In her free time, Audrey loves learning and promoting natural methods of well being. She is also a cycling instructor for 24 Hour Fitness part time, where she helps others achieve cardio fitness in a fun musical environment. Audrey is a sports enthusiast, as she loves golfing, biking, and yoga. Audrey also loves going to culinary classes along with her husband, Andy, to learn to cook and eat fresh and healthy. |
